A puppy grows into a dog along an arrow, and its four legs and its tail are counted before and after to show it gets bigger but keeps the same shape, with a loop back from the dog to the puppy for the life cycle. Then a baby grows into a grown-up who still has the same two arms and two legs, and the video ends on the recap that puppies and babies grow bigger but keep the same shape.
