Billing
From the free month to a refund, in order. The billing guide answers the common questions with worked examples.
Every new account gets 30 days of Plus free. You don't need a card to start.
Any time during the free month you can add a card so Plus carries on without a break. Nothing is charged until the free month ends, and you can cancel before then to pay nothing.
With a card, the first charge happens that day and Plus carries on. Without one, you move to Free (three lesson videos a day, your teacher's quizzes and homework, the Brain Zone games) and nothing you made is lost.
Plus is $12.99 a month, or $7.60 a month billed as $91.20 once a year (prices in USD). It renews at the same price until you cancel.
Cancel from Account, in Plan and billing. Plus stays until the end of the time you paid for, and nothing more is charged after that.
Ask for a refund within 30 days of your first charge and the money goes back to your card, as long as you chose Plus in the first two days of your free month. The free month is the time to try everything, so a later choice, or a card added during the free month, is not refunded.
If your case does not fit these rules, write to [email protected]. We look at every case ourselves, for example a refund for the months left on a yearly plan.
Still stuck
If a guide does not answer your question, a message to us does. Questions about a plan or a refund and the rules we keep about your data have pages of their own.
