Write to hello@knowledgemadefun.com about the platform, about privacy at your school or about a plan for your family. We read every message and answer from British Columbia.
What to write
A line or two is enough.
Say who you are and what you need, and we will take it from there. Never send a password, a login card code or a child's personal details.
- Support
- Tell us what you were doing, what happened and which page you were on. If it is about an account, the email address on the account is enough for us to find it. The help pages answer most questions
- Privacy
- A question about your data, a request to export or delete it, or a question a school asks before it signs up. Say which school or district you write for. Read the Privacy Notice
- Schools
- To evaluate Knowledge Made Fun for a school or a district, write with the grades you teach and what you would like to see, and we will set up a walkthrough. What schools ask first
