Graph paper
Graph paper that works in the browser.
Draw with a pencil and straight lines on seven kinds of paper, from a plain grid to isometric, polar and a number line, then print it or keep a picture. Free for everyone, with no account and no time limit.
The pencil, the line tool, select and move, the eraser, undo, zoom, the paper templates, printing and the PNG picture are free for everyone, with no time limit. A tool with a lock is free with an account, no payment and no card, and your drawing stays on the page while you sign in.
How to use it
Draw first, sign in later.
- 01
Draw with the pencil
Choose the pencil in the rail beside the paper, or press P, and draw. Snap keeps the pencil on the grid; press G to turn it off for a free hand. - 02
Draw a straight line
Choose the line tool, or press L, and drag between two points. The bar above the paper picks a segment, a ray, a full line or an arrow, and holding Shift keeps the angle neat. - 03
Print it or keep a picture
Paper picks one of seven kinds of paper: grid, dots, isometric, polar, lined, number line or blank. Then open More and choose Print, or Download picture (PNG). - 04
Sign in to measure and save
Sign in, no payment and no card, and the ruler, the protractor, points, shapes, text, the function plotter and transformations unlock on the same page with your drawing still there. Save keeps the graph in your account.
Questions
What people ask.
Is it free?
Yes. The paper, the pencil, the line tool, select and move, the eraser, undo, zoom, the paper templates, printing and the PNG picture are free for everyone, with no account and no time limit. The measuring tools, points, shapes, text, the function plotter and saving are free with an account.
Do I need an account?
Not to draw. An account is free, with no payment and no card. It unlocks the rest of the tools and keeps your graphs so you can open them again on any device.
Can I print it?
Yes. Open More and choose Print, or Download picture (PNG) to keep a picture. Zoom and Fit first so the paper shows the region you want, because the print matches the screen.
Can a teacher send it as homework?
Yes. A teacher saves a graph here, opens it in the graph studio and sends it to a class as homework. Students draw on their own copy and hand it in, and the teacher's drawing can be locked so it stays put. Homework is one of the teacher tools; a new teacher account starts with 30 days of Plus free, with no card.
