A weather chart fills up one window at a time, each showing the same little tree in sunny, cloudy, foggy, rainy, snowy, windy, hail and freezing rain weather, with short spoken lines like "Fog is a cloud near the ground." A frame then hops from window to window to show that weather can change from day to day, ending on the recap "There are many kinds of weather, and weather changes."
