A body figure shows the heart, lungs, diaphragm, arm muscles and leg bones. Aerobic activity (running, swimming, cycling) points to the heart and lungs, muscle-strengthening activity (push-ups, sit-ups, climbing) to the muscles, and bone-strengthening activity (jumping, skipping rope, basketball) to the bones. Skipping rope then appears in both the aerobic and bone cards to show that one activity can do more than one job, and the video ends by telling students to mix all three kinds into their week.

What the lesson says
What do different kinds of physical activity do for your body?
Let's look at four parts: your heart, lungs, muscles and bones.
Running, swimming and cycling are aerobic activities.
They make your heart stronger, so it pumps more blood with each beat.
They also give you a stronger diaphragm, your main breathing muscle.
Push-ups, sit-ups and climbing are muscle-strengthening activities.
Lifting your own body weight like this makes your muscles stronger.
Jumping, skipping rope and basketball are bone-strengthening activities.
The force of each landing makes your bones stronger and denser.
Skipping rope does two jobs: it is aerobic and it strengthens bones.
So mix all three kinds of activity into your week.
If anything hurts, stop and ask a trusted adult.
Aerobic activity trains your heart and lungs, and strengthening activities build your muscles and bones.
