A child stands under three cards (grow, learn, play) while a banana, an egg and bread fill a big energy bolt, which drops each time the child grows, learns and plays and refills when the child feels hungry and eats. A glass of water then fills a big water drop that runs low after playing and refills with a drink, ending on the recap that food and water help you grow, learn and play.
