A child plays ball, skips rope and dances for 20 minutes each, and each time a clock's minute hand sweeps a third of the way round and that part of the clock fills up, counting 20, 40 and then 60 minutes, which is one whole hour. The video shows that little bits of play add up and ends on the recap: be active for 60 minutes or more, every day.
