A plate fills one quarter at a time with vegetables, fruits, whole grains and protein foods, with two examples drawn in each, and food goes along an arrow to a child and fills an energy bar. Playing uses some of that energy and makes the child thirsty, so they drink water from a glass and a meal fills the bar back up, ending on the recap "Eat a variety of foods. Drink water when thirsty."
