Three cards fill in one at a time with helpful ideas for choosing foods: whole foods close to how they grow, local and seasonal foods, and foods from your family and culture. As each idea is explained, an arrow carries it to a child, whose energy battery fills and whose heart beats, ending on the recap "Choose whole, local and family foods for energy and health."
