An apple, some broccoli, a slice of bread and an egg go onto a plate one at a time, and each lights its own coloured part of a ring around it, showing that each food gives you something different. Together the foods fill a lightning bolt with energy, which goes to three cards (grow, play and learn) before the recap: many kinds of food help you grow, play and learn.
