A child runs and jumps as their heart, muscles and bones light up and move out into Body cards for a stronger heart, stronger muscles and stronger bones, then three pictures come out of their head into Mind cards for better focus, less stress and feeling happier. A clock along the bottom fills once round to show at least 60 minutes of activity every day, fills again in short bursts to show the minutes add up, and the video ends on the recap that being active helps your body and your mind.
