How Hard Is My Body Working?

  • Grade 2

A child moves harder and harder as a five-level thermometer fills one level at a time, from 1 cold to 5 very hot, and a glow around the child changes colour with each level. A pointer then shows how to use it: stop and pick your number, slow down when very hot, and remember that feeling warmer means your body is working harder.
