Eight red and five yellow counters are counted into two ten frames, then two yellow counters move across to fill the first frame's two empty boxes and make one full ten. Three counters are left, so 10 + 3 = 13, checked by counting on from ten, and the video ends with 8 + 5 = 13 and the tip to make a ten first.
