A person in the middle of the screen, marked "your identity", gains a coloured band on the ring around them as four common influences arrive one at a time: family (what you learn at home), friends (what you try and enjoy), culture (language and traditions) and values (like honesty and kindness), with school, media and hobbies named as others. The bands mix and change size to show that identity keeps changing as you grow, a compass shows that your values help you choose which influences to follow, and the video ends on the recap that family, friends, culture and values all help shape who you are.
