Four children stand in a row, and one at a time something happens to each (a big red balloon, ice cream falling on the ground, a block tower knocked down, loud thunder in a storm), their faces and bodies change, and the name of the feeling (happy, sad, angry, scared) fills the blank under their feet. The video then shows that faces and bodies show feelings, that all feelings are okay and a trusted adult can help with a big one, and ends on the recap that feelings have names and things that happen can cause them.
