What the lesson says

Here is a page from a story.

Let's read the words. Oh no!

What is wrong? The words do not say.

Now let's look at the picture for clues.

Clue one is a dark cloud.

Clue two: raindrops are falling down.

Clue three: she has an umbrella.

The clues tell us it is raining!

Now we know why she says, Oh no!

What happens next? The clues help us guess.

My guess is she will open her umbrella.
