Three numbered cards build up one step at a time: walk away to a safe place near friends or adults; if it feels safe, say "Stop, I don't like that." in a calm, strong voice; then tell a trusted adult and keep telling until someone helps. Two notes along the bottom remind viewers that being bullied is never their fault and that they are not alone, and the video ends on the recap "stay safe, speak up, tell and get help".

What can you do if someone is bullying you?

First, remember that being bullied is never your fault.

Three steps can help: stay safe, speak up, and tell and get help.

To stay safe, walk away to a safe place.

Try to stay near friends or near adults.

If it feels safe, speak up and say, "Stop, I don't like that."

Use a calm, strong voice, and then walk away.

Tell a trusted adult what happened.

Telling an adult is asking for help, not tattling.

If the first adult does not help, keep telling until someone does.

You are not alone, and you do not have to face bullying by yourself.

If you are bullied, stay safe, speak up, and tell and get help.
