Sam finds a hazard in three everyday places: broken glass on the kitchen floor, a slippery wet floor at school and a fallen power line in the community. Each time the same three steps light up (notice it, keep away, tell an adult), then each place gets a safety rule of its own, and the video ends on the three steps.
