After lunch the schoolyard is full of litter, and four friends each wait for someone else to start until Mia picks up the first wrapper and the others follow. Mia asks for ideas, listens to quiet Sam's idea about recycling, and encourages Sam when Sam feels too slow, while a card fills with the three things good leaders do and the video ends on "Anyone can lead: take the first step, listen, encourage".

What the lesson says

What do good leaders do?

After lunch, the schoolyard is full of litter.

Four friends see it, but each one waits for someone else to start.

Mia picks up the first wrapper and says: I'll start!

Good leaders take the first step, and others often follow.

Mia asks the group: how should we do this?

Leo says: let's each clean one part.

Sam is quiet, so Mia asks: Sam, what do you think?

Sam says cans go in the recycling bin, and Mia listens.

Good leaders listen to everyone, even the quiet ones.

Sam's part takes longer, and Sam feels too slow.

Mia says: you're doing great, keep going!

Good leaders encourage others with kind words.

Together, the four friends clean the whole yard.

Anyone can lead: take the first step, listen and encourage.
